Citrine Eagle Enforcement of General Rules

Misdemeanors, Crimes and Misdeeds have a definite level of punishment attached to them. Punishments escalate when actions are repeated.

Minor Punishment
Minor Punishment is defined as the first level of disciplinary action, and is to be decided by a commanding officer, or a Court-Martial instituted by them. These punishments are oriented towards Misdemeanors.
This can include:
  • Restriction to the barracks for a predetermined amount of time.
  • Community service, or other general forms manual labor.
  • Flogging, which will be no less than six lashes and no more than ten.
  • Time in jail for no more than THREE days, after a first or second offense.
  • Demotion as seen fit by the commanding officer.
Repeated offenses which call for a ‘Minor Punishment’ can be dealt with by a ‘Moderate Punishment’, at the commanding officer, or the Court-Martial’s, discretion.

Moderate Punishment
Moderate Punishment is defined as the second level of disciplinary action, and is to be decided by a commanding officer, or a Court-Martial instituted by them. These are oriented towards Crimes and Misdeeds, or repeated Misdemeanors.
This can include:
  • Demotion from rank.
  • Suspension of service.
  • Temporary suspension. (If deemed necessary)
  • Flogging which will be no less than twelve lashes and no more than thirty.
  • Jailing with a duration of no less than THREE days, but no more than FOURTEEN days without trial.
  • Removal from your division, and potentially the Citrine Eagle.
Repeated offenses which call for a ‘Moderate Punishment’ will result in prompt removal from the Citrine Eagle, at the commanding officer, or the Court-Martial’s, discretion.

Capital Punishment
The highest level of disciplinary action available. These will be carried out if called for by a Tribunal instituted by Hath’s Vanguard. These are reserved for the most egregious acts, and are therefore rarely dispensed.
This can include:
  • Flogging, followed by hanging.
  • Being placed prone, and ribs severed from the spine with a sharp tool and the lungs pulled through the opening.
  • Hands and feet nailed upon two planks of wood, such that they form an X, until death. The receiver of this punishment will carry the planks of wood to the site of their placement.
  • Firing squad.
  • Beheading.
